Natalia Koltermann

Natalia Koltermann has had a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Natalia is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Zalaris since August 2022. Before that, they worked as a Senior HR Manager/Personalleiterin at FMC Corporation from March 2020 to July 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Hu-Friedy Mfg. Co., LLC, including Senior HR Manager EMEA from April 2018 to February 2020 and HR Manager EMEA from October 2016 to March 2018. Before joining Hu-Friedy, they worked at NGA Human Resources as an HR Manager D-A-CH from July 2015 to September 2016 and as an HR Generalist D-A-CH & Eastern Europe from July 2012 to June 2015. Natalia began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at PSD Group from September 2011 to July 2012, where they specialized in recruitment, client acquisition, and candidate profiling.

Natalia Koltermann obtained a Graduate Psychologist, Diplom-Psychologin degree from Justus Liebig University Giessen in the field of Psychology from 2003 to 2009.
