Ilayasina Sitepu

Ilayasina Sitepu has held various positions in the fashion industry throughout their career. Ilayasina began in 2004 as a Buyer for the Children Shoes Category at PT Sepatu Bata Tbk., where they developed new models and negotiated with suppliers for competitive pricing. Ilayasina then moved to PT. Metropolitan Retailmart as a Buyer for the Ladies and Men Shoes Department, ensuring that the collection met the company's target market objectives. In 2009, they joined PT Matahari Department Store as the Brand Manager for the Bags Department, where they strengthened and expanded existing brands. In 2013, Ilayasina joined ZALORA Group as the Head of Buying, responsible for business growth and development in various categories. Ilayasina then became the VP Fashion - Commercial at Alfacart.com in 2016, identifying potential suppliers and improving assortment. Currently, Ilayasina is the Head of Buying - Commercial at ZALORA Group, overseeing the buying process and maintaining business growth.

Ilayasina Sitepu received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Indonesia in 2004.
