Michael Banda has accumulated a diverse range of experience in the banking and finance sector, starting as an Internship Trainee at the National Pension Scheme Authority in 2017. Following this, Michael served as a Digital Sales Consultant at the University of Africa briefly in December 2018, before taking on the role of Bank Clerk at the Zambia National Building Society, a position held from December 2018 to the present. Michael is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at The Copperbelt University, having previously obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from the same institution between 2014 and 2018.
