Guilherme Seripieri has a wide range of work experience, starting in 2004 with AstraZeneca, where they held multiple roles, including Market Intelligence Coordinator and Brand Project Analyst. Guilherme then moved on to Mars, where they served as a Sales Intelligence Manager, responsible for transforming the Sales Information area into Sales Intelligence. Later, they joined Baxter International Inc. as a Business Intelligence Manager, leading the areas of Market Intelligence and SFE. Seripieri then worked at Danone as a Business Intelligence Manager, leading a team and transforming the Market Information area into Market Intelligence. Guilherme joined Danone Nutricia as a Channel and Category Strategy Manager, responsible for managing the Trade Category and Trade Channel team. Finally, Seripieri is currently working at Zambon, where they have held various roles, including Commercial Excellence Executive Manager, Head of Data & Digital Business Transformation, and Data & Digital Business Transformation & IT Director. In these positions, they have been responsible for driving strategic projects and ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives.
Guilherme Seripieri attended Colégio Agostiniano São José from 1991 to 2001, where they completed their Ensino médio (high school education). Guilherme then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Publicity from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, from 2002 to 2006. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they completed a Pós-Graduação (post-graduate program) in Administração de Empresas (Business Administration) from FGV - Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
