Angie Zorotheos

Angie Zorotheos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Angie is currently the COO & General Counsel at Zanbato, Inc., a financial technology company that focuses on making private markets more liquid and reliable. Prior to that, they served as the COO at FAB Financial, Inc., where they aimed to revolutionize the banking industry through simplicity and integrity. Angie also has experience in business development as the Director Of Business Development at XO Group Inc. and as the General Counsel at Quidsi Inc., which was later acquired by Amazon. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Goldman Sachs as the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, at Shearman & Sterling LLP as an Associate Attorney specializing in Capital Markets, and at the UN Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda as a Legal Consultant to the Prosecution. Angie also gained experience as a Summer Associate in M&A at Shearman & Sterling LLP.

Angie Zorotheos holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business from York University, which they earned from 1994 to 1998. Angie then pursued a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toronto, graduating in 2001. During their time at the University of Toronto, Angie also completed a Master of Arts degree in Economics from 1999 to 2001. In addition, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 1997 for a course in Advanced Microeconomics. Angie is also certified in Bar Admission by the New York State Bar Association.
