Arshan Ghaznavi has diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Arshan currently serves as an Assistant Manager Finance at Zand, where they are responsible for financial reporting and analysis. Their role includes providing accurate and timely business MI with valuable insights, enhancing business MI and packs, and reporting on cost, expense, and budget variance.

Prior to Zand, Arshan worked at Noor Takaful as the Head of the Payable Team. Before Noor Takaful, Arshan held the position of Senior Accountant Officer at Takaful Emarat-Insurance (P.S.C), where they worked on tasks including making ageing reports, coordinating with operations and technical teams for receivables, and preparing schedules of fixed assets and income.

Arshan's career began at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as an Auditor. In this role, they facilitated audit planning, execution, and reporting, conducted risk assessments, ensured compliance with auditing standards, and made recommendations for effective processes and internal controls.

Throughout their career, Arshan has developed skills in financial reporting, analysis, coordination, risk assessment, and compliance.

Arshan attended City School from 1991 to 2003, where they obtained their O level degree in Science. Arshan then went on to attend Colledge Of Gulshan from 2003 to 2005, where they studied Engineering and obtained their HSC degree.

In 2006, Arshan enrolled in Karachi University and pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce & Accounts. Arshan completed their studies at Karachi University in 2008.

Arshan continued their education at ICAP from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained an Intermediate Chartered Accountant degree in the field of Accounts and Finance.

Later, Arshan joined Virtual University of Pakistan in 2018 to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance. Arshan completed their MBA studies at Virtual University of Pakistan in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Arshan has also obtained several certifications related to management and leadership.
