Kevin Tan

VP Service Innovation at ZAP

Kevin Tan has a diverse work experience in the field of professional services and business intelligence. Kevin started their career at Systems Union Singapore in 2005 as a BI Application Consultant, where they implemented reporting and budgeting solutions for major companies and educational institutions in Singapore. In 2006, they joined Zap Business Intelligence (Singapore), serving as a Channel Sales and Technical Specialist until 2013. During their time at Zap Business Intelligence North America from 2013 to 2018, Kevin held the roles of Senior Consultant and later became the Head of Professional Services. In 2018, they transitioned to Zap Software LLC as the Head of Professional Services, managing teams and working on strategic projects. Most recently, in 2023, Kevin joined ZAP as the VP of Service Innovation. Kevin'sexperience includes global collaboration and expertise in team management, project scheduling, and budgeting.

Kevin Tan earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Crystal Reports certified professional, IBM Cognos Powerplay specialist, and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA).
