Sam Crumley

Sam Crumley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Starting in 1999, Sam worked as a Sales Accountant at The Boeing Company for two years. Following that, from 2001 to 2003, Sam was a Field Agent at the Internal Revenue Service.

In 2005, Sam joined Accenture as a Global Offering Manager - HR Outsourcing. During this time, they developed tools and processes for global workforce analytics services and played a key role in drafting the organization's management processes.

From 2010 to 2016, Sam worked at PeopleFirm, LLC as the Director of Talent Management. In this role, they led the Talent Management consulting practice and was responsible for various aspects such as business development, sales, client delivery, and HR capability development.

Starting in 2016, Sam served as the VP of Employee Experience (Head of HR) at Panopto, a leader in video capture software. Their responsibilities included matching HR solutions for the company and overseeing all aspects of the employee experience, from processes and systems to communications and physical space.

From 2020 to 2022, Sam held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at MacroHealth. In this role, they contributed to the company's mission of creating Intelligent Healthcare Markets and was responsible for building relationships, knowledge, technology, and optimizing the buying and selling of health services.

Currently, Sam works as the Head of Human Resources at Zap Energy, starting in 2022.

Sam Crumley received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business in 2001. Later, from 2003 to 2005, Sam completed an MBA program at the same institution. Additionally, Sam holds a certification in SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, although the exact date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
