Jason Kotenko

Jason Kotenko is a seasoned software engineer with a robust background in technology and leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Consultant at Zapier since February 2020, Jason has managed Labs programs and provided strategic consulting for key initiatives. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of General Manager within Zapier’s Labs, overseeing multiple projects and managing team execution and budgets. At Visa, from May 2017 to March 2020, Jason acted as Solution Architect & Engineering Lead for Innovation, focusing on digital products and serving as the regional product owner for the Visa Developer Platform. Previous experience includes roles at eBay Inc., Trivera Technologies, Idaho National Laboratory, and Argonne National Laboratory, demonstrating a diverse skill set in solutions architecture, platform management, software engineering, and education. Jason holds a BS and BA in Computer Science and Mathematics from PennWest Edinboro, completed in 2007.
