Kristina Kemmer

Kristina Kemmer is the current VP, Engineering at Zapier. Kristina has a wealth of experience in software engineering management, having served as a Senior Engineering Manager at InVision and a Software Engineering Manager at ReadyTalk. Her experience also extends to systems analysis, which they did for The Boeing Company.

Kristina has managed the development and integration of various software engineering projects affecting over 150,000 people. Kristina has also researched complex business processes to identify requirements to support system upgrades affecting over 150,000 people. In addition, Kristina has conducted user interviews and usability tests with customers to identify and refine complex user, functional, and technical requirements.

Kristina has also managed the creation and execution of tests to validate system functionality against specifications. In their role as Engineering Director at Zapier, Kristina is responsible for leading a team of engineers to create innovative solutions for Zapier's customers.

Kristina Kemmer has a Master of Public Administration from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from New Mexico State University.

Kristina Kemmer reports to Bryan Helmig, Co-Founder & CTO. Brad Bohen - Full-Stack Engineer, Jess Winters - Frontend Engineer, and Josh Newman - Frontend Engineer report to Kristina Kemmer. They work with Thomi Richards - Engineering Team Lead, Mojtaba Hosseini - Director, Engineering, and Juanma Roca - Backend Engineer.
