Mia Tapp is a skilled talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Zapier since July 2021, Mia previously held roles at Babylon Health, where responsibilities included leading a national talent team and achieving an impressive 82% acceptance rate during full-cycle recruitment initiatives.
