Julio Franco serves as Chief Customer Officer at Zappi since August 2016, leading the Americas team to transform insight functions for agile market research, enabling clients to gain rapid, actionable insights for better advertising and innovation. Previously, Julio worked at AIG as the Americas Director of Customer Insight, where priorities and resources for the North America Customer Insight team were established to meet business needs. Additionally, Julio held various positions at Ipsos from 2004 to 2014, rising to Vice President and directing research initiatives, including founding the Hispanic Research Center practice. Julio holds a degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
