Sinead Jefferies

Sinead Jefferies (FMRS) currently serves as SVP of Customer Expertise and SVP of Customer Transformation at Zappi, where leadership involves guiding a team of research and insight experts to optimize customer interactions and leveraging connected learnings. In addition, Sinead is the Chair of the Main Board and a Board Member of the Market Research Society (MRS), focusing on representing member interests and supporting the organization's goals. Prior experience includes founding Vela, a training and consulting firm, and working as a freelance insight consultant. Sinead's notable roles encompass Managing Director at Opinion Leader, Head of Business Intelligence and Head of Insight at Royal Mail, and Head of Channels Insight & Customer Environment at Post Office. Sinead's academic background includes a BA (Hons) in Modern & Medieval Languages (French & Italian) from the University of Cambridge.
