Tomas Ruiz Silva has over 11 years of experience in various roles related to digital ad sales and key account management. Tomas started their career as a Senior Account Executive at Raya in 2010 and later worked as an Account Supervisor. In 2013, they moved to Initiative as a Digital Project Manager before joining Canal 13 as a Digital Business Executive in 2014, where they worked with clients like Claro and Samsung. In 2016, they returned to Grupo Copesa as a Key Account Manager, and in 2017, they joined Embodied Reports as a Commercial and Development Manager. Tomas worked for Grupo Copesa again as a Key Account Manager in 2018, managing clients such as McDonald's and Nike. In 2019, they joined WarnerMedia as a Digital Ad Sales and Key Account Manager. Tomas then moved to Paramount as a Digital Ad Sales Representative in 2021, followed by Vibra Marketing as a Sub Gerente Comercial in 2022. Currently, they are working as the Head of Ad Sales at Zapping since June 2023.

Tomas Ruiz Silva holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Universidad Alberto Hurtado and a Publicist degree from Escuela internacional de publicidad. Tomas also has several additional certifications including Programa Leading Digital Marketing Iab/The Valley, Expert Analyst from Admetricks, E-commerce Advanced and Google Analytics advanced from Google, Sales management from Dale Carnegie Training, and has attended the Congreso Latinoamericano de sociologia at Universidad de Buenos Aires.
