Neetu Ghota is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in technology and software development. Currently serving as an Engineering Leader at Zappos Family of Companies since March 2022, Neetu has previously held engineering leadership roles at Glossier, Inc. and Etsy. With extensive experience at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President and as a Senior .Net Developer at Credit Suisse, Neetu has developed a robust technical foundation starting from a Senior Developer position at Polaris Software Labs Limited. Neetu holds a Master's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Data Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
