Patrice Lorene Fontenot

Patrice Lorene Fontenot has extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion within the corporate sector, currently serving as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager at Zappos Family of Companies since June 2008. Fontenot has also held various roles at the company, including Lead Link for the Black Awareness and Empowerment Team, Program Analyst, and Retail Exceptions Handling Coordinator. Prior to joining Zappos, Fontenot completed internships at the Associated Press Diverse Voices Internship in 2004 and KMTP - Channel 32 from 1999 to 2001. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from the University of Southern California (2019-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication with a focus on Journalism from Dillard University (2002-2006).
