Precious Bucher

Precious Bucher serves as the Director of Operations for the Customer Experience and Engagement team at Zappos Family of Companies since September 2011, where significant accomplishments include developing strategies for a large call center workforce, assessing customer service strategies, and managing budgets while optimizing internal fraud teams. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Zappos, focusing on operational efficiency across multiple customer contact channels, and as a Logistics Coordinator Lead at Williams-Sonoma, where operational needs were facilitated between warehouse personnel and customers. Additional roles include being an on-air personality at Clearchannel and Bartender at American Legion. Precious Bucher holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and degrees in Project Management and Accounting from the College of Southern Nevada.
