Jennifer (Bantelman) Courchaine has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Jennifer currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success & Global Support at Exterro, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Zapproved from 2013 to 2021, where they held multiple roles including Vice President of Customer Experience and Thought Leadership, Senior Director of Solutions Engineering, Senior Director of Product Management, and Director of Customer Success. Prior to that, in 2011 to 2012, Jennifer pursued a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Communication from National University. Their Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre, with a specialization in Directing and Theatrical Production, was completed at Point Loma Nazarene University from 2002 to 2006.
