Mark O' Shea

Mark O' Shea is a seasoned product manager with a strong background in software integrations and risk management applications. Currently serving as the Product Manager for Software Integrations at Zaptec since December 2021, Mark previously held roles at State Street from August 2016 to June 2021, including AVP Product Manager where responsibilities involved maximizing business value for the truView Risk Management application. Prior experience includes positions in treasury application support at Wipro and AIB, providing critical functional and technical support for key treasury systems. Early career roles spanned IT helpdesk assistance, personal assistance for students with disabilities, and various customer service positions. Mark holds an Honours Degree in Computer Science from Maynooth University.
