Shannon Cooney

Shannon Cooney is an accomplished marketing professional specializing in social media and influencer marketing. Currently serving as Manager of Social Media & Influencer Marketing at Zapwater Communications, Inc. since April 2021, Shannon previously held various roles at the same company, including Senior Specialist and Social Media Specialist. Prior experience includes Social Media Manager at BlackDog Advertising and roles as a Public Relations Intern at PREP-University of Miami and Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. Shannon began the career journey as a Strategic Programs Intern at Combined Insurance United States and as a Student Library Assistant at the University of Miami. Shannon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Miami, earned in 2017.
