Lica Andreea is a seasoned professional in the retail industry with extensive experience in management roles. Currently serving as Commercial Director at ZARA HOME since February 2019, Lica has previously held various managerial positions including HR Manager and Store Manager at Stradivarius, Store Manager at Calzedonia Group, and Store Manager at Pimkie, where responsibilities included team selection, merchandising, trend prediction, sales analysis, and inventory management.
