Emma Bain possesses extensive experience in brand marketing, communications, and public relations. Since May 2008, Emma has held multiple roles at Zarraffa's Coffee, including Consultant for Commercial, Strategic & Public Relations, Strategic General Manager, Head of Marketing, and Group Corporate Communications, Brand Marketing & PR, focusing on partnerships and communication strategies for the group of companies. As Managing Director of M10 Collective since 2003, Emma oversees brand marketing and promotional activities. Previously, Emma served as Publicity and Promotions Manager at Village Roadshow Theme Parks from 2000 to 2003 and worked as Marketing Coordinator at AMP Shopping Centres from 1997 to 2000. Emma earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with a focus on Print and Broadcast Journalism and Writing, from Griffith University between 1995 and 1999.
