Hayley Worthington is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience management, project management, and business excellence within various organizations. Currently serving as the General Manager of Customer Experience at Kaipara District Council since August 2018, Hayley champions customer service and aligns organizational culture with strategic goals. Previous roles include Manager of the Project Management Office and Business Excellence Manager at the same council, where Hayley focused on enhancing project management capabilities and stakeholder relationships.
