Eddie Cannon

Eddie Cannon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eddie is currently working at Zartico as the Vice President since November 2022. In their role, they are responsible for utilizing data, science, AI, and technology to provide strategic planning solutions for communities.

Prior to their current position, Eddie worked at ADARA, Inc. as the Director of Solutions Architecture from March 2018 to December 2020. Eddie contributed to the growth of the travel industry through data sharing and insights.

Before joining ADARA, Inc., Eddie served as the Director of Information Technology at Surya from 2016 to 2018. Eddie played a crucial role in coordinating home accessories across various lifestyles and budgets.

From 2014 to 2016, Eddie worked at IBM as the Global Channel Leader for Customer Analytics/Tealeaf. Eddie collaborated with over 120 business partners across five continents to drive IBM's customer engagement offerings.

Prior to their role at IBM, Eddie held various positions including Portfolio Manager, Release Manager, Consulting Architect, and Senior Consultant. Eddie contributed to the design and implementation of Big Data applications, promoted the usage of Cognos and Information Management stack, and led teams for building project plans and business requirements.

Eddie started their career at Manhattan Associates as a Project Manager, where they estimated, designed, and sold enhancements for warehouse management software for clothing and shoe distributors.

Eddie also worked as a Technical Project Manager at Kurt Salmon Associates, where they managed technical projects.

Additionally, Eddie serves as a Board Member for Visit Acworth, starting from October 2022.

With a wealth of experience in technology, data analytics, and strategic planning, Eddie Cannon has established himself as a valuable asset in the industry.

Eddie Cannon completed their Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Savannah State University, where they studied from 1990 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Eddie has obtained certifications in BigQuery for Data Analysis and BigQuery Basics for Data Analysts from Qwiklabs in January 2020 and May 2020, respectively.
