Sophie Gottschalk's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2019, they worked at BMW Group as an HR Strategie & Recruiting professional. From June 2020 to December 2020, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Accenture, where they assisted with HR-related improvements and managed the onboarding of new employees. In 2022, Sophie joined adidas as a Learning And Development Specialist, a role they held until January 2023. Currently, they are employed at Zavvy as a Senior Learning Science Expert, starting in March 2023.
