Aaron Wheeler is an experienced restaurant management professional with a strong background in culinary arts. Currently serving as General Manager at Zax LLC since September 2020, Aaron previously held the role of Assistant General Manager at Dave & Buster's Inc. from July 2004 to September 2020, focusing on daily operations, hiring, training, and manager development. Aaron has also worked as General Manager at Old Chicago Restaurants and Chart House Restaurant, overseeing all business aspects, including menu development and profitability. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Chef at Rock Bottom Brewery, where responsibilities included food operations and recipe development.
