Daniele Pimenta is currently the Head of Human Resources & Finance at ZAX, where Daniele is responsible for designing the Employee Journey and culture, adapting it to the company's reality and mapping all necessary processes at each stage. Daniele has experience in building company culture, conducting climate surveys, and implementing onboarding processes. Previously, Daniele worked as a Founder at Descomplica RH 2.0 and as a HR Business Partner Consultant at Grupo Casas Bahia, Cosan, and Comgás. Daniele has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Postgraduate degree in People Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership.
