Deondre Smith

Deondre Smith, M.Div., is a seasoned professional in operations management with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as Field Operations Manager and Operations Consultant at Zaxby's Franchising LLC since October 2021, Deondre previously held the position of Area Coach at Luihn VantEdge Partners, LLC from April 2019 to October 2021, and as Area Coach at Luihn Food Systems, Inc. for over 24 years. Deondre has also worked as an Operator at Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN and as Area Coach and Managing Partner at KBP Foods. Deondre began a career in sales as a Territory Sales Manager at Brown and Williamson Tobacco.
