Douglas Fleming

Douglas Fleming has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the restaurant industry. Douglas is currently working as a Regional Director of Company Operations at Zaxby's Franchising LLC since September 2022. Before that, they worked at The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC, where they held multiple positions including Regional Director of Operations, Senior Franchise Business Consultant, and Regional Franchise Manager from April 2014 to September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Honey Baked Ham Co. of GA. as a District Manager/Franchise Consultant from 2001 to January 2011. Douglas began their career at Pizza Hut as a General Manager/Area Coach, overseeing 13 stores and managing the management team from January 1983 to May 2000.

Douglas Fleming received a diploma from J.L. Mann in 1986. Douglas then pursued Business Management at Southern Wesleyan University from 1997 to 1999. Douglas also holds a certification in ServSafe.
