Joanna Bonder

Joanna Bonder is an experienced marketing professional with a strong focus on loyalty and digital channels. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Loyalty and Digital Channel Marketing at Zaxby's Franchising LLC since February 2023, Joanna previously held various leadership roles at Dunkin'​ from June 2009 to October 2022, including Director of Loyalty and Director of Loyalty Marketing and Strategy. Prior to Dunkin'​, Joanna worked at M|C Communications as Research Manager for Physician Insights and at Millward Brown as Senior Data Processing Executive. Joanna holds a degree from Fairfield University, graduating in 1999.
