Jon Gardner

Jon Gardner has a diverse work experience, starting from 2004. Jon began their career at Reliance Standard as an Employee Benefits Consultant. In 2008, they joined RaceTrac Petroleum, where they held various roles including Real Estate Analyst, Construction Project Manager, Analyst in Financial Planning & Analysis, and Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis. In 2016, they moved to Cracker Barrel as Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis and eventually became the Senior Manager in the same department. In 2018, they joined Zaxby's Franchising LLC as the Senior Director in Financial Planning & Analysis, and later they were promoted to Vice President in the same department.

Jon Gardner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in 2004. Jon later pursued an MBA with a focus on Real Estate at The University of Georgia from 2007 to 2008.
