Marshell J. Richards has extensive work experience in various roles within the field operations and management industry. Starting in 2006, they worked at Convergys as a Sr. Associate of Performance, where they coached and trained new managers, managed customer service evaluators overseas, and secured accounts totaling over $6,000,000.00. From 2011 to 2016, Marshell worked at The Krystal Company as a Corporate Trainer, Field People Services HR Manager, and District Manager, specializing in coaching, development, and training. They then joined TJ Maxx Corporation in 2016 as a Distribution Center Supervisor, where they supervised warehouse associates and regulated merchandise flow. Currently, Marshell holds the position of Director of Field Operations at Zaxby's Franchising LLC, where they oversee field operations and previously held the roles of Field Operations Manager and Regional Operations Consultant.

Marshell J. Richards holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Leadership, which was completed from Southern New Hampshire University from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, Marshell completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a double major in Management and Human Resources from the University of Tennessee@ Chattanooga from 2002 to 2005. Marshell also obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from Chattanooga State Community College from 1996 to 1998. In addition, Marshell has obtained certification as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from The TJX Companies, Inc. in 2019. Currently, Marshell is pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership & Development, with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, from Southern New Hampshire University, which is expected to be completed from 2021 to 2023.
