Stephen Jenkins has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry, with a focus on operations and improvement. Stephen started their career at Chick-fil-A Sugarloaf Corporate Center as a Senior Supervisor, where they supervised employees and contributed to local marketing initiatives. Later, they joined Baptist Collegiate Ministry as a Bible Study Leader, leading and developing collegiate men. Stephen then worked at Camp Winshape as a Camp Counselor, where they created new curriculum and led volunteer leaders. After that, they joined Chick-fil-A Moore Road as the Senior Director/Director of Hospitality, responsible for developing leaders and managing budgets. Stephen also worked at Chick-fil-A as a Grand Opening Supervisor, strategically placing employees and completing detailed projects. Currently, Stephen is working at Zaxby's Franchising LLC as the Director of Operations Services, leading a group focused on improving the operational platform. Throughout their career, Stephen has consistently demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Stephen Jenkins attended the University of North Georgia from 2003 to 2006 and earned an Associate's degree in General Studies. Stephen then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from 2006 to 2009 at The University of Georgia.
