Dan Stoll

SVP, Fiber Solutions - Western Region at Zayo Group

Dan Stoll is the Senior Vice President of Fiber Solutions at Zayo Group. Dan has been with the company since 2017 and in their current role, they manage the Western Region.

Prior to joining Zayo Group, Mr. Stoll was with Integra from 2014-2017 where they served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Development and then Vice President of Corporate Development. In this role, they were responsible for capital planning, reporting, and analysis; M&A diligence and strategic alliance; fiber network development; and strategic project / financial modeling.

From 2012-2014, Mr. Stoll was the Vice President of Business Development at Integra where they were responsible for success based CAPEX, fiber program, fiber expansion process, partnership development and strategic alliance. Dan also lead fiber asset reporting, process, costing, and tool enhancement, CAPEX optimization, product alignment, access strategy, and strategic projects (Tower, Dark Fiber, MSA, Network Development, Initiatives - On Net, Near Net, Data Center Expansion).

Previously at Integra, Mr. Stoll held the positions of Director Business Manager from 2008-2010 and Vice President of Accounting from 2007-2008.

Mr. Stoll holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Arizona.

Dan Stoll has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business. Dan also has a degree in Business Development from the University of Washington and a degree in Business - Finance from Westminster College.

Dan Stoll reports to Steve Smith, CEO. They work with Monica Lang - Chief of Staff, Nick Besch - VP, Tranzact, API & Architecture, and Brandon Gouin - VP, Wavelengths.
