Stephen Tryon

Stephen Tryon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, customer success, and support roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Strategic Onboarding and Implementation Project Manager at Zayo Group since December 2019, responsibilities include collaborating with multiple departments to design customized connectivity solutions and managing complex contractual agreements for Hyperscaler Accounts. Previous roles at Zayo also include Churn Manager and Customer Success Expert. Prior to joining Zayo, Stephen contributed to the growth of Verity, a health technology startup, by implementing significant new business clientele. Experience also includes positions in hospitality, human resources, and retail, showcasing a strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence. Stephen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management with a minor in Psychology from Hope College, completed in 2017.
