Silvia Nogueira

Silvia Nogueira is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in enhancing research operations and processes across various organizations. Currently serving as a UX Researcher Ops at XP Inc. since May 2024, Silvia previously contributed to Zé Delivery as a Specialist UX Researcher, where significant achievements included the creation of an Insight's Hub and defining monthly research metrics. Prior to that, Silvia held senior roles at Neon, focusing on product-related research and usability testing, as well as improving research workflows. Earlier career experiences included a freelance researcher role at GHz | Glaucia Holzmann, managing partner at Sisfix, and positions at INSITUM, Styles Designers, and X² Soluções. Silvia holds a Post Graduate degree in Design and Digital Technology from FAAP and a Bachelor’s degree in Product Design from FAAP.
