Andrew Gosling

Andrew Gosling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in creative services and operations management. Currently serving as Operations Director at ZEAL Creative Limited since November 2023, Andrew has previously held significant roles including Creative Services Director at Initials from June 2019 to November 2023, and Operations Lead for Microsoft at MRM//McCann from July 2018 to June 2019. Additional experience includes managing creative services as a freelance director, overseeing global creative services at Jo Malone London, and leading creative teams at TBWA London and MCBD, where Andrew served as Creative Services Director for many years. Andrew began a career in project management at AMV BBDO and is an alumnus of City College Norwich.
