Marios Tsakiris

Marios Tsakiris has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Marios is currently the Head of Energy Services at ZEB SA Zero Energy Building since January 2021. Before that, they worked at ZEB S.A. Zero Energy Buildings as a Project Manager and Business & Energy Analysis Expert from an unspecified start date in 2015 until December 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Development & Operations Manager at E-shop Energy Systems SA from July 2013 to December 2014. Marios Tsakiris has a diverse education history. Marios began their academic journey at the National Technical University of Athens, where they earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Industrial & Mechanical Engineering in 2002. Marios then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Sustainable Energy Engineering at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, completing their studies in 2008. During the same year, they also attended the CentraleSupélec for the TESS T.I.M.E. European Summer School, focusing on Sustainability & Social Models - Religions & Public Affairs.

In 2013, Marios Tsakiris further expanded their knowledge by completing a certification in Financial Management at the Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.

To enhance their professional skills, Marios Tsakiris obtained several additional certifications. In 2014, they completed the "A Beginner's Guide to Irrational Behavior" course offered by Coursera. Prior to this, in 2013, they completed the "Creativity, Innovation, and Change" course. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Measurement & Verification Professional from the Association of Energy Engineers in December 2018. Lastly, in 2013, they completed the course "Constitutional struggles in the Muslim World" offered by Coursera.
