Ilya Bar-Haim

Ilya Bar-Haim has over 20 years of work experience in the field of IT and DevOps. Ilya is currently working at ZecOps, a Jamf Company, as a DevOps - Cloud Operations II. Prior to this, they worked at DRIVENETS as a DevOps Engineer, where they were responsible for maintaining and improving complex infrastructures both on-premise and on the cloud. Ilya also had experience in planning and coding Jenkins pipelines, automation of system clusters management, and mentoring new team members.

Before DRIVENETS, Ilya worked at Akamai Technologies as a Senior DevOps Software Engineer for five years. Ilya specialized in production high availability automated solutions, infrastructure optimization, and monitoring using Python and Bash. Ilya was also experienced in Hadoop Big Data infrastructure and worked with multiple cluster services.

At Cisco, Ilya worked as an IT Engineer for two years, while at Jungo, they held the role of an IT specialist for two and a half years. Ilya also worked at Juniper Networks as a System Testing Engineer for two and a half years.

Prior to these positions, Ilya was Network & System Manager at JAJAH, where they planned and built the IT infrastructure of the company, maintained and troubleshooted systems. Ilya was also involved in technical management of domain name hosting and IP address space assignments at 012 Golden-Lines and worked as a Hosting and Co-Location administrator at Internet Zahav, providing support and troubleshooting for a large number of websites.

Throughout their career, Ilya has gained expertise in a wide range of technologies and has demonstrated their ability to handle complex infrastructures, automation, and mentoring tasks.

Ilya Bar-Haim began their education in 2002 at Hi-Tech College, where they studied Unix administration and security. In 2006, they attended John Bryce College to pursue a Cisco BSCI certification. Later that year, they also completed a Sun Solaris Administration course at InterBit Technologies. From 2007 to 2010, Ilya studied Business Management at the University of Derby, earning a BA degree.
