Liebe Spies is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business service delivery and workforce enablement. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Service Delivery at ZEDA Limited since May 2022, Liebe Spies manages IT demand following ITIL principles, ensuring optimal resource allocation and collaborating with stakeholders on IT initiatives. Previously, as a Business Workforce Enablement Officer, Liebe Spies was promoted to lead practitioner in May 2023, focusing on platform optimization and training needs for O365 applications.
