Andrea Upex

Andrea joined Inside Pensions (now part of ZEDRA) in 2019 and provides trustee executive and pensions manager support services on a range of matters to DB and DC clients. This includes, for example, the preparation, drafting of minutes and follow up of actions for trustee meetings; the project management of various key deliverables, the drafting of member and scheme communications; and dealing with complex discretion cases. She maintains effective and collaborative working relationships with Chairs, other trustees, sponsors, advisers and suppliers of the clients where she delivers services.

Prior to joining Inside Pensions, Andrea was Benefits Manager and previously Pensions Administration Manager at AECOM. Andrea’s responsibilities included the management of the company’s six pension arrangements covering 3,500 active employees, the provision of scheme secretarial services, the management of various pension and benefits related projects, and the establishment of corporate policy on pension provision, including auto enrolment.
