Joshua Kendal

Joshua is also responsible for identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships where appropriate, and handling any new business enquiries.

Joshua joined ZEDRA as Director of Active Wealth, Guernsey in November 2022.

He has worked for a number of leading international and privately owned trust companies both in Guernsey and London, working with ultra-high net worth private clients and corporate intermediaries in respect of the implementation and ongoing management of their global trust and corporate structuring requirements.

Joshua has worked with private clients across a range of jurisdictions including the UK, Europe, Middle East, CIS, Americas, with additional expertise in the provision of specialist corporate governance services to market listed and private entities.

Following completion of the ICSA Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration, and the subsequent Chartered Secretary Qualifying Scheme, Joshua graduated as a member of the Chartered Governance Institute in 2018 and has since been admitted as a Chartered member.

Joshua also qualified as a member of the Institute of Directors in 2022 following completion of both the Certificate and Diploma in Company Direction.

Joshua was recognised in the 2023 Private Client Global Elite Directory as a Rising Leader.
