Lucy Blanchard-Burton

Lucy has over 15 years of experience in pensions having started her career as an actuarial graduate at Mercer and later becoming a Defined Contribution consultant at Barnett Waddingham.

Lucy joined Inside Pensions (now part of ZEDRA) in 2020 and provides secretarial, governance and pensions manager support services on a range of matters to DB and DC clients.

This includes, for example, the preparation of business plans; drafting of minutes and follow up of actions for trustee meetings; the project management of various key deliverables; the drafting of member and scheme communications; and dealing with complex discretion cases. Lucy is committed to improving outcomes for members by providing bespoke governance support.
