Lauren Donkersloot

Lauren Donkersloot is an experienced educator currently serving in Support Services at Zeeland Christian School since August 2018, where support is provided for students in the Resource Room. In addition, Lauren has been teaching 7th grade Language Arts and Writing at Sproul Junior High School since August 2014, responsible for managing the English Language Arts curriculum, classroom behavior, collaboration with peers, grading, lesson planning, and individualized student support. Previous experiences include a teacher intern position at Wyoming Junior High in early 2014, a camp counselor role at Camp Geneva during the summer of 2013, and a resident assistant position at Calvin College from August 2012 to May 2013. Lauren Donkersloot holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Secondary Education from Calvin University and a Master's in Teaching Diverse Learners from the University of Northern Colorado Extended Campus.
