John Slingsby

John Slingsby has over 18 years of experience in finance and accounting. John began their career at Siemens in 2001 as a Finance Manager. In 2006, they moved to Building Automation Solutions Ltd as Group Financial Controller. In 2008, they joined The AA as Head of Finance for Roadside. In 2016, they joined Addison Lee Group as Commercial Finance Director. In November 2018, they were appointed CFO of Zeelo.

John Slingsby is a certified Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Kingston University.

John Slingsby reports to Sam Ryan, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Barney Williams - Co-Founder & CCO, Daniel Ruiz Giménez - Co-Founder & CTO, and Chris Hall - CIO.
