Liam Grimes

Liam Grimes has a diverse work experience that spans over various roles and industries. Liam started their career in 2004 at New Harts Cars, where they worked as a Car Controller and Telephonist, gaining valuable experience in customer service and dispatch operations. In 2009, they moved on to Redbridge Radio Cars, where they continued to work as a Car Controller for a year.

In 2010, Liam Grimes joined Addison Lee as a Car Controller, expanding their skills in fleet management and coordination. Liam then progressed to the role of Department Trainer in 2012 and eventually became a Lead Trainer in 2014, focusing on training and development programs for the company.

Liam Grimes joined Zeelo in 2017, initially working in Operations and Training. Liam later transitioned to the role of Operations Manager, responsible for designing and optimizing convenient bus routes. Liam then took on the position of Training & Compliance Manager, ensuring the safety and compliance of the transportation services provided by Zeelo. Currently, they serve as the Head of People, leading the company's people development initiatives.

Liam Grimes has an extensive education history. Liam obtained a Master's degree in Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning & Development from CIPD Qualifications, which they pursued from 2021 to 2023. In 2013, they completed PTLLS Level 4 from Addison Lee. During the same year, they also studied Advice & Guidance at Harrow College. In 2014, Liam earned a Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement from Addison Lee and acquired Functional Skills in English, Maths, and ICT from Avanta Enterprises. Additionally, they completed an Advance Driving course at ROSPA in 2014. Earlier, in 2013, they underwent training on the Introduction to the Role of the Professional Private Hire/Taxi Driver, also at Addison Lee. Furthermore, in 2012, Liam completed Customer Service Level 3 at Harrow College. Lastly, their education started at Beal High School, where they obtained their GCSE degree from 1999 to 2004.
