Heikki Sivonen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Heikki currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Zefort, where they utilize their strategic vision and business acumen to develop and execute marketing plans that drive growth and align with overall business objectives. Prior to this, Heikki held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Lyyti, leading the international marketing team and overseeing several business-critical projects. Heikki also served as the Head of Marketing Operations and Marketing Manager at Solita, where they focused on improving marketing automation processes and collaborating with different teams for visual designing. Additionally, Heikki has experience as a Creative Director at Advance B2B Oy, where they led a newly established Business Unit and worked with well-known brands to improve their marketing and brand design. Heikki also co-founded Fuel Digital Oy, acting as the CMO and providing coaching for businesses in sales and marketing strategies. Before venturing into the digital realm, Heikki worked as a Brand Manager at Paytrail Oyj, where they enhanced customer experiences and strengthened the desired brand image. Heikki also has experience as the Managing Director of Overhill Group Oy, where they launched an advanced web portal for business acquisition, and as a Communications Manager at The Youth League of the Coalition Party, where they focused on brand communications and graphic designing. Early in their career, Heikki served in the Finnish Defence Forces as an Intelligence Officer and analyst. In addition to their professional experience, Heikki is a fine artist in their free time, showcasing their artwork through Heikki Sivonen Art.

Heikki Sivonen completed their education at the University of Jyväskylä, where they obtained a Master of Social Science degree in Political Science. Their studies at the university took place from 2005 to 2011. Prior to their university education, Heikki attended Jyväskylän Normaalikoulun lukio from 2001 to 2004, where they completed their secondary education and received a Ylioppilas degree with a focus on liikuntalinja (physical education). In addition to their formal education, Heikki has obtained multiple certifications, including an Event Success Management Certification from Lyyti in October 2021, and various certifications from HubSpot, such as the HubSpot Design Certification, HubSpot Sales Software Certification, Growth-Driven Design Certification, Contextual Marketing Certification, Email Marketing Certification, HubSpot Certification, Partner Certification, Inbound Sales Certification, and Inbound Certification, all obtained between 2016 and 2016.
