Casey Cohen is the VP of Customer Success at ZEFR. Prior to this, they were the Director of Customer Success (Programmatic), also at ZEFR. In this role, they supervised the NY Customer Success team and provided strategic support for DV360 and GoogleAds self-service customers. Casey has been with ZEFR since July 2018, when they started as the Director, Account Services (East & Central). In this role, they provided Technical Account Management support to beta clients during self-service product roll-out, supervised a team of nine Account Managers across two office locations, and collaborated with Sales and Ad Operations teams on all facets of client relations from RFP stage to campaign completion. Casey was promoted to Manager, Account Services in July 2016 and held this role until June 2018. Prior to ZEFR, Casey worked as a Senior Account Manager at DoubleVerify, Inc from June 2012 to February 2014.

Casey Cohen has a BA in Mass Communications and English from the University of Delaware, and a bachelors in bachelor of arts from Binghamton University. Casey also has certification from ZEFR in Zefr GARM Suitability Certification.

Their manager is Rich Raddon, Co-CEO, Co-Founder. They work with Abby Martin - SVP, People, Emma Lacey - SVP, EMEA, and Sebastian Velez - VP, Measurement.
