Thomas Haechler

Thomas Haechler currently serves as the Application Manager for CRM at Zehnder Group International AG since March 2019. Prior to this, Thomas spent nearly a decade at SAP Asia, holding several key roles including Enablement Architect, Head of Global Hybris Commerce Center of Excellence, and Head of Global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Practice. In these positions, Thomas was instrumental in leading technical enablement solutions, developing the SAP Hybris Consulting Services Center, and directing global CRM operations with a focus on business development and resource procurement. Thomas's earlier experience at SAP America as a CRM Principal Consultant Platinum further solidified expertise in the field.
