Franziska Krebs has held various positions in the automotive industry since 2010. From 2010-2011, they were an Intern Product Manager Aftersales at BMW Group. Franziska then moved to BMW of North America, LLC as an Intern/Bachelor thesis from 2011-2012. From 2012-2015, they were a Product Manager Aftersales Exterior Parts BMW&MINI at Bertrandt AG. From 2015-2022, they held two roles at ABT Sportsline GmbH, first as Head of Aftersales eMobility and then as Project Leader. Currently, they are the After Sales Manager at Zehus S.p.A., a division of Eldor Corporation. In this role, they are responsible for excellent customer service and the presentation of products on the website.

Franziska Krebs obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Industrial Engineering (Main subject: Biotechnology and Environmental Techniques) from Hochschule M\u00fcnchen University of Applied Sciences between 2007 and 2010. Franziska then attended Victoria University from 2009 to 2010, studying Strategic Management, Environmental Impacts&Monitoring, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and HRM. Finally, Franziska Krebs obtained a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Hochschule M\u00fcnchen University of Applied Sciences between 2014 and 2015.
